EZ App Availability Update for iOS Users

Relai is currently experiencing a temporary iOS availability issue affecting EZ apps, including Relai 3 apps.

At this time, EZ apps are unavailable or inconsistent for new downloads or discovery in the Apple App Store. Existing users may also experience disruption depending on their device, app status, and access needs.

This downtime is related to a required Apple compliance review. Because Relai is building infrastructure in a category that does not always fit neatly into existing software models, the tools and platforms we rely on to build, distribute, and support our network sometimes require additional scrutiny to stay current with how our technology is being used.

Most of those reviews do not create user-facing disruption. Others can be handled during off-peak hours. In this case, Apple’s routine but more involved compliance process has temporarily frozen new iOS downloads until the review is complete.

We understand this may cause inconvenience for users, hosts, and Relai 3 partners. Our team is monitoring the review closely and will provide updates as they arise.
